Service Cancellation Policy

Customers can request cancellation of astrology consultation appointments before the consultation process has started.

Once the astrology consultation, horoscope analysis, pooja service, or spiritual guidance session has been initiated or completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Payments made for the following services are generally non-refundable:

• Horoscope Reading
• Pooja & Homam Services
• Numerology Services
• Vastu Consultation
• Spiritual Remedies
• Customized Astro Products

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but service not confirmed
• Technical error during payment processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Astro Product Returns

Returns or exchanges for astro products will only be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proper proof and order details.
